We can sort data, but it is much harder to preserve the reasoning behind later adjustments in a way that stays useful across collaborators.
Would be interested in templates, tags, or lightweight note structures people are using.
This is a good candidate for a future shared workflow note. We have seen the same pain point across several groups.
